Our Founder
 

Daniel T. McGinley our founder constructed the framework of CMA from the ground up. Not a shy person McGinley solicited assistance from and borrowed ideas that have been tested by very successful organizations. 1SG (Ret)  McGinley brought to the planning table an impressive list of accomplishments of his own.

1SG (Ret)  McGinley has had a mixture of both Military and Business career that has kept him in the "Training Management" spotlight throughout his adult life. Dan's Military career involved him in three wars, WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam.

While in Nam McGinley served on a Special Forces A-Team (A- 245 Doc Seang), on a Special Forces B-Team at Kontum where he supervised 5 A-Teams. Dan built a 100 bed Montagnard hospital and trained personal to staff it.

1SG McGinley was decorated thirty-seven times to include; WWII Victory Medal, Army Occupation Medal (Japan), Bronze Star for Valor, 4 Bronze Stars for Achievement,
2 Purple Hearts, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal for Valor,
2 Air Medals, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry (individual Award),
Dan was awarded 2 Combat Medic Badges (one for Korea and one for Vietnam.)

While serving with US Army Readiness Region One Fort Devens MA, McGinley was awarded the "Meritorious Service Medal" for developing the medical portion of a program called "PIRC" (Program to Improve the Reserve Component). And for developing and then supervising the first Army approved, Medical Specialist program allowing reservists to be awarded the 91B MOS, at home station.

Dan was the founder, owner operator, and chief instructor (10 years) of " Land of Lincoln Sky Diving and Flying School" based in Chicago with a drop zone and landing strip at Heburn Airport (an Airport Dan built) in Heburn Illinois.

Dan has a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. As owner of House of McGinley Real Estate, Fayetteville NC, Mac conducted both Real Estate and Appraising classes to all new personnel. Served on the Education Committee Fayetteville Board of Realtors.

Dan was the founder, and served as the President of "WMT" Worldwide Mobile Training INC, an anti-
terrorist and security training organization. While at WMT Dan developed their Web Page Design and Training Management Courses.

McGinley is a member of several fraternal organizations to include;
Special Forces Association, Combat Medic Association, (am association McGinley founded)
Disabled American Veterans, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Veterans of Foreign Wars,
2nd ID Association, Retired Military Association of NC, National Association of Medics and Corpsmen,
The Old Guard Association (Honorary), Sergeants Major Association (Honorary).

Presently Dan is president of House of McGinley Enterprises, the parent company of Search Our Net a Web-Site Design and web-net Hosting Company. In his spare time, Mr. McGinley is engaged in writing novels.
